CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?
We process and ship orders as soon as possible. Either same day or next day so we are unable to make any changes to your order.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We process and ship orders as soon as possible. Either same day or next day so we cannot normally cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible for this request.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number for your reference to track your parcel.
WILL I BE CHARGED DUTY TAXES OR CUSTOMS?
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. The People Vs will declare the full $ value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

You can purchase online with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, AfterPay and Shopify Payments.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
All sales final - no returns or exchanges. Due to the exclusive nature and high demand of the merchandise, all sales are final. Please check that your chosen product sizing, shipping address, and billing address that you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or changed. As orders cannot be modified, they can only be cancelled if there are critical errors in your order. Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
Sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned.
I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?
If you have received the wrong style please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve this for you in a timely matter.
I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
All products have been quality controlled; however if you have received an item with a manufacturing fault please contact us as soon as possible and include a photo of the fault before returning. We will replace the item if we have stock available or will issue you with a refund within 1 month of purchase. Anything outside this timeframe will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
