HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number for your reference to track your parcel.
WILL I BE CHARGED DUTY TAXES OR CUSTOMS?
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. TPVS will declare the full $ value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Returning an item for a store credit is easy by following these easy steps here.
Returns must be sent back within 7 working days Domestic and 14 working days International with the Return slip included.

Sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned.
I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?
If you have received the wrong style please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve this for you in a timely matter.
I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
All products have been quality controlled; however if you have received an item with a manufacturing fault please contact us as soon as possible and include a photo of the fault before returning. We will replace the item if we have stock available or will issue you with a refund within 1 month of purchase. Anything outside this timeframe will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.

We will happily accept returns within 7 business days for domestic returns and 14 business days for international returns once purchase is received. All items returned must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and must include all tags.
You are responsible for the return postage costs and it is advised to send your parcel tracked to ensure it arrives safety. TPVS is not responsible for any damaged or lost goods.
TPVS reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our return policy.
