Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Please read the below to ensure we can make your return as speedy as possible.
We will happily accept returns on an item within 14 days
of receiving; together with original proof of purchase.
We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe. All items returned must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and must include all tags.
Please note: Vintage Capsule & Sale items cannot be refunded.
COSTS
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return unwanted items. If the return does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund. We advise that you use a tracked method for safe delivery.
REFUNDS
We will credit your original method of payment minus original shipping and duties paid. Once your return arrives to us within the time frame specified please allow 3 to 4 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items can only be returned for either an exchange or store credit.
FAULTY ITEMS
All products have been quality controlled, however if you have received an item with a manufacturing fault please contact us as soon as possible and include a photo of the faulty item before returning. We will replace the item if we have stock available or will issue you with a refund within 1 month of purchase. Anything outside this timeframe will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
The People Vs. reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our return policy.
